Jacques is a life-long Alaskan and has been a consulting engineer since 1982. He has broad engineering, project and construction management experience and has managed hundreds of capital improvement projects for public and private sector clients. He has developed capital improvement programs, reconnaissance/feasibility studies, financing plans, corridor location and design studies, environmental assessments and environmental impact statements.

Todd has been an Alaska civil engineer since 1991. He delivers planning, management and engineering services to projects that range from raw site development to road and other transportation systems, marine projects and utilities. He has managed hundreds of capital improvement projects and continues to provide ongoing project management services to the Municipality of Anchorage Public Works Department.

TBC tragically and unexpectedly lost Tyson Johnson, our Wasilla office Manager, on May 17, 2019.

For those who did not have the pleasure of working and/or playing with Tyson, he was truly the heart-and-soul of TBC.  An energetic and good-humored colleague, he was also a consummate consultant….endowed with a rare ability to turn clients into close personal friends.  We welcomed him into the TBC family 9 years ago and he quickly became a major force in TBC’s growth and success.

He also found time for his amazing wife Jennifer and young son, Colby.  Together they built a classic Alaskan life…a beautiful country home and a devotion to Alaska’s backcountry pursuits.

We miss him dearly.
